My sister Verna was the most irritatingly gorgeous little thing with her lovely blue eyes and beautiful blonde hair which always reminded me of the Sindy doll she had who perfected the art of wedeling to its utmost use. We shared such great times playing in the fields, climbing trees, swimming in the river and especially with the other village children having grass wars on The Green. She followed me everywhere and even nicked my clothes and makeup when we became teenagers, I remember taking her out dancing in Cambridge to The Dorothy Ballroom and giving her sleepovers in my bedsit pad. Such great memories and I am very sad to see her go. God Bless x

Jane was a fun loving, resilient and kind mother, grandmother & wife. She is survived by her daughter Heidi and three granddaughters, Emma, Isha & Isla. She is remembered lovingly by her friends and family including her sisters, Janet, Margo, Vicky, Pat, Brenda, Connie & brothers Peter & John.
